**Job Summary**:
The Front Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service details, and ensuring a positive client experience to drive sales conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain features, pricing, offers, and handle queries.
- Prepare quotations and assist with order processing.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales.
- Coordinate with back-office and logistics for timely delivery.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display of products at the front desk/showroom.
- Collect feedback and escalate customer complaints if needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or POS systems
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and grooming standard
- Problem-solving and customer-first approach
- Basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)

**KPIs / Performance Metrics**:

- Number of walk-ins converted to sales
- Lead follow-up success rate
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Achievement of monthly sales targets
- Reporting accuracy and data entry

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
