Chinese Chef Job Description Job Title:
**Chinese Chef / Chinese Cuisine Specialist**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes including Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, and other regional specialties.
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with management on food cost control and kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Chinese culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Culinary certification or formal training preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety procedures.Work Schedule:

- Full-time position.
- Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Performance-based bonuses and benefits (if applicable).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,580.72 per month
