Job Summary:
As an Agricultural Drone Pilot, you will operate drones equipped with advanced imaging and sensing technologies to monitor crop health, assess field conditions, and support precision farming initiatives. You will collaborate with agronomists and farmers to gather and analyze data that drives informed agricultural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and pilot drones for agricultural surveys and data collection across diverse farm settings.
- Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure drones are functioning optimally.
- Capture high-resolution images and multispectral data for crop analysis.
- Work with agronomists to interpret data and provide actionable insights for farmers.
- Maintain detailed records of flight operations and data collected.
- Adhere to safety regulations and comply with DGCA guidelines.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in drone usage and agriculture.
- Assist in training new pilots and conducting workshops for farmers, as needed.

Qualifications:

- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License.
- Experience operating drones, preferably in an agricultural context.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various farm locations as required.
