**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them when necessary.
- Ensure customers have a positive dining experience by being polite and responsive.

**Food Preparation and Handling**:

- Prepare food items following company recipes and standards.
- Assemble meals, sandwiches, and beverages quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure portion control and consistency in food presentation.
- Maintain high hygiene standards while handling food.

**Order Management**:

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
- Pack and serve orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor order flow and assist team members during busy periods.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Keep the workstation, kitchen, and dining area clean and organized.
- Wash utensils, trays, and equipment as needed.
- Dispose of waste appropriately and restock supplies (napkins, condiments, etc.).
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain hygiene standards.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Support colleagues during peak hours by taking on additional tasks.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

**Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as refilling soda machines or replacing condiments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
