**About the job**

We are a financial services company.

We are looking for an experienced person of 3 years+ for Placing Loans with Different Institutions.

(Your Key Function): You must understand the parameters and requirements of the client requirement...and what the lender is able to offer

Additional Role: To Verify the Client's Details and Paperwork provided by them, and Process the Loan.

Then send in the paperwork for a Term Sheet and Commitment Letter.

You will qualify the client, ask the right questions, document it in the CRM. Your growth with the company, and your remuneration highly depends on your successfully placing transactions with the lender - not just spend time collecting the paperwork, and not just spending time with underwriters to check on status and follow up on paperwork which is also equally important if not more important.
- This job is Monday-Saturday. Saturday you will work India daytime hours only. Your placing files correctly with lenders and communicating efficiently with clients grows your bank balance Performance for us is a major metric.

**Your Knowledge Level**
- You are expected to have a fast learning curve in debt products primarily.
- You know how to Read Contracts and prepare Executive Summary.
- You adapt to learning new technologies and formats including customized CRMs.
- Follow-ups are huge part of the process with all parties from lender, to investors, to appraisers, to title companies etc.
- Detailed documentation by you at every stage of the call is very essential.
- Tracking tickets is most essential.
- Troubleshooting customer issues is part of the job.
- Maintaining records is absolutely a must via the CRM. No spelling errors, no wrong numbers, no errors of any kind.
- Put items in the Weekly - Management Roundtable Meeting, for improvement, learnings of the week, where we did well, and where we went wrong - is essential part of the job.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close.
- The minimum required experience is 3 years.
- Must be able to multi-task very easily and smoothly.
- Honesty, Transparency, and Hard work is key.
- Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
- Must be quick in execution.

This is Permanent job. If you are intending to do a short stint then kindly do not apply. There will be a minimum commitment period required with policies in place to achieve this. As we have private investor funding and government tie ups and strict compliances, continuity for teams working on specific projects is a must from a quality and project completion time frame.

**This is serious job not to be taken lightly because you work remotely.**

Remote does not mean remote island. You will be plugged into the system and must be reachable at all times during working hours on first-ring pickup basis.
