**Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement a well-structured physics curriculum in line with the educational institution's guidelines, ensuring that it covers the necessary topics, skills, and standards.

**Lesson Planning**: Create engaging and informative lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, experiments, and interactive activities to cater to diverse learning styles.

**Classroom Instruction**: Deliver effective and engaging physics lessons, using appropriate teaching aids and technology to facilitate student understanding and participation.

**Student Assessment**: Evaluate and assess students' knowledge and performance through various assessment methods such as tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams.

**Progress Tracking**: Maintain accurate records of students' progress and performance, and provide feedback to students and their parents/guardians on a regular basis.

**Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and well-organized classroom environment, ensuring discipline and managing student behavior effectively.

**Adaptation to Individual Needs**: Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, including those with special educational requirements, and differentiate instruction accordingly.

**Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of physics and teaching methodologies. Attend professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support the school's educational goals and participate in department meetings and discussions.

**Extracurricular Activities**: Encourage and support students in participating in physics-related clubs, competitions, and science fairs.

**Safety and Laboratory Management**: If applicable, ensure the safety of students during physics experiments and maintain a well-organized and well-equipped physics laboratory.

**Parent-Teacher Communication**: Maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, challenges, and achievements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
