**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Plan and conduct effective and engaging biology and physics classes.

- Utilize innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of biology and physics curriculum materials.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in biology and physics education.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with educational best practices and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Biology, Physics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in biology and/or physics at the high school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into the classroom.
