**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Management**: Lead the school by providing visionary leadership, setting academic goals, and ensuring the overall welfare of students and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Minimum years of experience in educational leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior administrative role.
- Strong understanding of the Matriculation education system and curriculum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and inspire confidence among students, staff, and parents.
- A passion for nurturing the academic, personal, and social growth of students.
- Experience in managing school operations and budget planning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
