1. Planning and preparing lessons for Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics. Preparing daily and long-term lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines.

2. Encouraging students, maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.

3. Assessing and evaluating students’ educational progress and abilities while maintaining positive relationships with the students.

4. Communicating with parents, administrators, and other professionals to discuss students' progress and being reflective in approach.

5. Attending staff meetings, training & development sessions, and mentor other teachers as and when required.

6. To be able to manage other managerial and administrative tasks (if required).

7. Understanding and designing the curriculum as per the learning methodologies of the students and make the teaching - learning process joyful for the students.

8. Conducting individual performance evaluation and highlighting the intellectually gifted students for other vocational programmes. Moreover, identifying the learning disabilities and other behavioural issues of the students to provide them remedies regarding it.

9. Attends occasional continuing education seminars, workshops, and other socio-cultural events.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
