**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- All ASO’s/Promoters should start their market work at 7.00’am (Should attend first call point at 7.00 am)
- ASO should visit retailers of 30 calls per day & new calls will be 5/nos
- PJP must be follow on a daily basis (If any changes required, they should be get prior approval from reporting manager)Action planning and justifiable recommendations to management to meet planned targets
- Responsible for Distributor’s/Dealers claims & Feedback
- ASO Must carry Sales data with updation.
- The dress code/uniform must be neat & look good appearance.
- Daily, Target vs Actual details should be reported to the reporting manager.

**Responsible for NEW Distributor/Dealers opening as per policy**:

- Distributor’s/Dealer’s selection
- Selection of shops for supplies
- Creating a Map & Profile of Distributor/Dealer area
- Sales promotions in respective Distributor/Dealers area

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Bachelor's
- Fresher / 2 or 5 years of experience (preferable) in dairy field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
