**Role: AM - Digital Marketing**

**Location: PayU Gurgaon/Bangalore**

**Job Description -**

As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.

**Responsibilities**

Work closely with content and product marketing team on landing pages, ad copies, display creatives, etc.

Work on SEO - on-page and off-page optimizations

Work closely with web developers and ops team for SEO & Website performance

Create a steady pool of affiliates/resellers for acquiring new customers

Work towards increasing organic search and ROI maximization

Regularly perform thorough keywords and competition analysis

Monitor domain performance, redirects, impressions, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

Prepare and present daily reports on traffic, rankings, website performance and other SEO aspects

Drive lead gen through account-based marketing campaigns

Evaluate emerging technology, brainstorm new creatives ideas for growth strategies

**Skills**:
Good communication skills both written and verbal

Good understanding of various day to day marketing tools - Webmaster, Postmaster, Google Analytics, Ahref/Semrush, Data Studio, Adwords)

Working knowledge of setting up ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

Basic knowledge of Schema, HTML, CSS for SEO optimizations

Highly creative with Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Proven track record to develop and execute scalable SEO strategy

Should have good project management skills, work on multiple projects and with various stakeholders for timely deliveries
