**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Present and explain property details to potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct site visits, property showings, and negotiations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects to ensure sales closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **real estate sales** (residential/commercial).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and documentation is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
