Source and evaluate potential suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and establish contracts with qualified vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and in accordance with company procedures and GLP guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records of all procurement activities, including quotes, invoices, and contracts, for clear audit trails.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments like research and finance to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a GLP environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building strong supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
