Position: Training Coordinator

Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Ed-tech/academic content development industry

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. On-boarding new hires and conduct training sessions for them.

2. Allocating tasks and responsibilities and further guiding trainees so as to ensure smooth training process.

3. Communicate with team members (QAs/QCs, Project Managers), trainers and management to ensure all needs are met.

4. Build rapport with trainees and encourage them to ask questions during the training sessions.

5. Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.

6. Oversee the training in all key areas of academic excellence and improvement.

7. Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees.

8. Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training.

9. Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure safety and productivity among staff members.

**Must have skills**:

- Strong verbal and non-verbal skills
- Strong work ethics and leadership skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Good Command over MS Excel, MS word and Google Sheets

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
