Role Description

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive B2B Training Services for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. The role focuses on client coordination and communication. You will engage with clients over calls, share details of training programs, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless follow-ups. Responsibilities also include maintaining client databases and supporting internal teams with timely communication updates, with no sales or targets involved.

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Salary: 2.5 3.0 LPA

Qualifications

- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Prior experience in telecalling, coordination, or client servicing
- Ability to maintain and update customer records accurately
- Skilled in scheduling and managing client calls/meetings
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
- Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Communication, or related fields)
- 13 years of experience in telecalling/coordination/customer support/BPO/KPO (preferred)
