**Position Overview**:A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers with the purpose of promoting products, services, or generating sales leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Telecallers play a crucial role in representing the company's brand and maintaining positive customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, existing customers, or leads provided by the company to promote products, services, or gather information.

**Product/Service Promotion**: Introduce and explain the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company to potential customers. Answer their questions and address any concerns they may have.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads by collecting relevant information during the calls. Document details of interactions in the company's database.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments or meetings between potential clients and sales representatives, if applicable.

**Maintaining Records**: Update customer information, call logs, and other relevant data accurately in the company's CRM system.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers by using effective communication and interpersonal skills. Handle objections and provide solutions in a professional manner.

**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.

**Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and convert prospects into customers.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide regular feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer preferences, objections, and insights gained during calls. Generate reports on call activities and outcomes.

**Adherence to Scripts**: Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for consistent communication and brand representation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, listen actively, and convey information clearly.
- **Persuasion and Convincing Skills**: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers effectively, overcoming objections and doubts.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with customers over the phone.
- **Resilience**: Able to handle rejection and objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in recording customer information and call outcomes.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Basic computer skills to use customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Education and Experience**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Telecallers work in office environments where they make and receive calls using telephone and computer systems.
- The job may involve sitting for extended periods while making calls.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haiderganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
