DESIGNATION : TELE CALLER EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATION : INTERMIDIATE & GRADUATE

EXPERIENCE : 1 YEAR ( FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY)

CTC: AS PER INDUSTRY STANDARD

SKILL REQUIRED:

- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Taking and processing orders accurately.
- Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.
- Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

**Requirements**:
Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,250.18 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend only

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TELE CALLING: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
