Data Scientist

We are seeking for a **Data Scientist** (**AI Developer)** with **minimum 3 Years of experience**, a strong background in image processing & segmentation to join our dynamic & innovative team.

**Responsibilities**:
**1**. Develop and implement advanced AI models and algorithms for image processing and segmentation tasks, utilizing techniques such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs), deep learning, and machine learning.

**2**. Design and optimize computer vision algorithms to extract meaningful information from images, including object detection, image classification, image enhancement, and feature extraction.

**4**. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and managers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.

**5**. Preprocess large datasets of images, ensuring data quality and compatibility with AI models. Develop data augmentation techniques to enhance the robustness and diversity of training datasets.

**6**. Evaluate the performance of AI models through rigorous testing, validation, and benchmarking, and fine-tune models to achieve optimal performance.

**8**. Document research findings, methodologies, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

**Requirements**:
**1**. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

**2**. Proven experience as an AI Developer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Computer Vision Engineer, with a focus on image processing and segmentation.

**3.** Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and scikit-learn.

**4.** In-depth knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks for image processing.

**5.** Solid understanding of image processing techniques, including image filtering, segmentation, feature extraction, and morphological operations.

**6**. Familiarity with optimization techniques for AI models, including model compression, quantization, and pruning.

**7**. Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS for training and deploying AI models at scale.

**8.** Proficiency in using version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative software development.

**9.** Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex image-related challenges and develop innovative solutions.

**10**. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
