**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, business analysts) to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Design algorithms and systems to improve operational efficiency and user experiences.
- Continuously monitor the performance of AI models and refine them for better accuracy and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and technologies.
- Document and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Proficiency with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with software engineering best practices and Agile methodologies.
