Packing Material Supervisor

1. Overall Incharge of PM Store and Warehouse/stock

2. Manage office and Packing Material supplies stock and place orders

3. Prepare regular reports on PM and Office Supplies

4. Maintain and update PM Stock databases

5. Organize a filing system for important documents

6. Manages and trains workers in the department

7. Directs production and inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage

8. Maintains inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines

9. Maintain and ensure accuracy of the perpetual inventory system

10. Works with purchasing department to schedule delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment

11. Performs write-offs on damaged or obsolete inventory to reflect accurate value of inventory

12. Establishes procedures for conducting and valuing year-end physical inventory

13. Plan and oversee material movement through production cycle

14. GRN / Gate pass generation for PM

15. Inspection and tally the receipts / dispatches in physical from original documents

16. LIFO / FIFO management

17. All other work assigned by management or senior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
