**Job Purpose**: To develop, manage and drive continuous developments in all aspects of sales and field marketing to meet organizational objectives of modern trade.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create ways of generating leads for modern trade
- Provide all the needed information to customers on promoted products and services.
- Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for.
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
- Engage with customers and discover their wants and needs.
- Promote Products to sell in big chain stores.
- Plan and schedule visits to point of sales to promote products and services.
- Provide excellent product service through product knowledge and recommendation.
- Talk with customers about their needs, and if the product being demonstrated is not a good fit, recommended another item.
- Be a representative on behalf of the company at trade shows to speak to the general public about what the store has to offer.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.

**Qualification**
- Any Bachelor Degree.
- Preferred industry - Modern trade.
- Experience of 1-2 years in Sales.
