**Job Opening: IB PYP Coordinator (Non-Teaching Role)**

**Location**: Korkadu, Puducherry
**Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
**Experience**: Relevant experience in IB PYP coordination preferred
**Salary Range**: ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 per month
**Joining Date**: 2nd March
- Lead and manage the implementation of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP).
- Support teachers in planning, assessing, and executing IB PYP curriculum.
- Organize professional development workshops and training for staff.
- Maintain communication with the IB organization and ensure compliance with IB standards and practices.
- Coordinate PYP exhibitions, evaluations, and authorizations.
- Act as a mentor and guide for teachers regarding IB philosophies and learner profiles.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the IB PYP framework.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor teachers and work collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills with students, teachers, and parents.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
