**Job Title**: PYP Coordinator (Non-Teaching)

**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000/month
**Experience**: 2-3 years (relevant coordination or IB curriculum experience preferred)

**Educational Qualification**: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic **PYP Coordinator (Non-Teaching)** to join our academic team in Korkadu, Puducherry. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful implementation and administration of the **IB Primary Years Programme (PYP)** while collaborating closely with teachers, leadership, and administrative staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the PYP curriculum.
- Ensure effective planning, coordination, and delivery of the PYP in alignment with IB standards.
- Provide administrative support related to curriculum documentation, IB policies, and program evaluation.
- Organize and facilitate IB workshops, teacher training sessions, and internal professional development.
- Liaise with the IB organization and stay updated on the latest curriculum updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth execution of the curriculum framework.
- Assist in maintaining records, reports, and portfolios required by the IB and school management.
- Coordinate with parents and school leaders to communicate the philosophy and goals of the PYP.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
