**Position - Officer (02)**

Experience: - 3- 6 Years.

**Location - Pune, Ranjangaon Plant**

Qualification: - Any Graduate (Any Specialization Material Management)

Age: 25 - 30 Years.

Job Location: Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune

**Job Descriptions**:
1) TS/ISO Document.

2) Responsible to procurement all types of material.

3) To take various quotations from suppliers.

4) Rate Negotiations with suppliers.

5) To make comparative statement.

6) To prepare purchase order.

8) Follow up material with suppliers.

9) If found incoming rejected material so, communicate to supplier and send it return.

10) Suppliers payment follow up.

11) New vendor development for regular material as well as new development parts.

12) All documentation to be maintain as per ISO & IATF standard.

13) Cost reduction.

14) To make KPI report data every month.

15) All department wise purchase value graph submits to HOD & Plant Head.

16) Coordinate with other plant for new material.

17) Resolve issues at supplier end.

18) To control purchase material as per defined min max level.

19) To maintain warranty cards documents All capital materials.

20) Procurement of raw material from the international market & Domestic Market. Responsible for all types of Imported Engineering & Electronics Items.

21) Knowledge of Import documentation and rules regulations.

22) Follow-up on material delivery and documentation requirements.

23) Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, and delivery requirements, Vendor evaluation.

**Skills**:
1) New Suppliers Development and vendor rating.

2) Maintain Alternative vendor, Supplier Audit.

3) Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of material.

4) Negotiations with suppliers & In ERP/JDE system PO creation & supplier follow-up.

5) Independently handling the Import and Custom related activities.

6) Import and Export benefits such as FTA, CEPA, Duty Drawback, Advance license, MEIS etc.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
