**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Conceptualization**:

- Create and execute designs for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and other brand materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Desktop Publishing (DTP)**:

- Prepare, format, and typeset multilingual content for brochures, manuals, catalogs, and other print and digital materials.
- Ensure accurate layout adjustments and compliance with language-specific typography and formatting requirements.
- Collaborate with translators and localization teams to produce high-quality localized content.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts.
- **Digital Assets Creation**:

- Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, animations and videos.
- Design and create corporate presentations in coordination with concerned cross functional teams.
- **Print Design**:

- Prepare print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality and consistency.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design and DTP projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs are error-free.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experiment with new techniques and approaches to enhance creativity.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightwave, Premier Pro, etc.), Corel Draw, Font Lab, Canva or similar tools and DTP-specific tools such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, or FrameMaker.
- Knowledge of **AI-powered design tools** like Canva Pro, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, MidJourney, and Runway for graphic creation and ideation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Runway) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
