**Event Volunteer Job Description**

**Position Title: Volunteer for Event**

**Location: World Trade Park, Jaipur, Rajasthan**

**Event Date: 24 to 31 December**
- **Time Commitment**:

- **Morning shift (9:30 to 3:30)**
- **Evening shift (3:30 to 9:30)**

**Purpose: To provide support and assistance in the smooth execution of shopping spree Event. Volunteers will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all attendees.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Setup: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, signage, and other event materials.**:

- **Registration: Help with attendee check-in, distribute badges, and provide event materials.**:

- **Information Desk: Provide information and answer questions from attendees about the event schedule, venue, and other logistics.**:

- **Crowd Management: Assist in directing attendees, managing lines, and ensuring crowd control.**:

- **Session Assistance: Support speakers and session leaders by distributing materials, managing audio/visual equipment, and addressing attendee needs.**:

- **Vendor Assistance: Help vendors and exhibitors with setup and tear down, as well as addressing their needs throughout the event.**:

- **Photography and social media Coordination: Assist with the setup, promotion, uploading more and more content online of the Event.**:

- **Event Breakdown: Help with the teardown and cleanup of the event space, including packing up materials and ensuring the venue is left in good condition.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Previous event experience is a plus, but not required.**
