**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in alignment with school curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Act as a **class teacher (Mother Teacher)** and take complete academic and emotional responsibility for the class.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence in learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining detailed records and providing regular feedback to parents.
- Integrate activity-based and experiential learning methods into daily lessons.
- Organize and participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Encourage moral values, discipline, and life skills through regular interactions and class activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovative teaching methods.
- Compassionate, patient, and student-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
