Marathi Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to teach Marathi language and culture to pre-primary students.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes the development of language skills, creativity, and cultural appreciation.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Incorporate storytelling, songs, games, and other interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for young learners.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate Marathi language and culture into the overall curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with parents to share students' progress, address concerns, and promote parental involvement in their children's education.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and language instruction.
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and positive social interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Fluency in Marathi language, both spoken and written.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
