**Finance Executive Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines
- Support general accounting functions including month-end close, preparation of journal entries, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Monitoring of Budget performance and establish budgets, forecast future cash flow, provide periodic financial analysis.
- Maintain files and electronic records Update and maintain accounts database Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed.
- MIS and other Management reporting like Profit & Loss Account, Cash flow statement, Variance statement, outstanding statement.
- Coordinating and resolving all Inter Departmental issues regarding accounts and finance.
- Implementing Management Policies relating to accounts & Finance.
- Coordinating for all audit related work.
- Timely purchase entries and check and call for all pending Supplier Invoices. Periodical Supplier account reconciliation.

**Job Expectations**:
Qualifications and skills:

- Hands on experience with GST Filing, TDS, and Taxation
- Experience of working with Tally.
- Ability to put forth & drive initiatives
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added advantage
- B. Com in Commerce

**Minimum Qualification**:

- B. Com in Commerce

**Minimum Job Experience**: 5 - 6 years
