**About Us**: Motion Crate Designs is a fast-growing, creative social media marketing agency dedicated to transforming brands with unique and engaging design solutions. We are expanding our team and are looking for a **talented and inspired Graphic Designer** to join us for the long term.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and innovative social media graphics that align with clients' brand identity.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and adapt them to our clients' needs.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Revise designs based on team and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop** is a must.
- Proven experience in designing creative social media content (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
