**Position**: Graphic Designer
**Experience**: Minimum 4 years
**Industry**: Pharma (Experience in the Pharma Industry in US Market is mandatory)
**Location**: Work From Office (Ahmedabad)

**Shift time:

- ** USA shift(Night Shift)
**Salary**: 30000 to 35000

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Create compelling visual stories that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve our design processes.
- **Feedback and Revisions**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience in the Pharma sector is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of web design and multimedia design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Please include a link to your portfolio with your resume.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
