1. Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Mandarin)

2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization

3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

**Required skills and Experience**:
2. Command over Language with good understanding skills is required

3. Good Communication Skills is required

6. Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and English Language
