**Job Description**:
Note: Night Shift Only

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain DellEMC storage systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime including SAN switch administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage systems, including performance, capacity, and connectivity to the hosts.
- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with security and data retention policies.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders for projects and cases.
- Develop and maintain documentation for storage systems and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years of experience in storage administration, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of storage technologies from EMC, such as EMC VNX, Unity, PowerStore, PowerMax, XtremIO and Isilon
- Experience with storage management software from DellEMC, such as CloudIQ.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery technologies, such as Commvault.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum communication and collaboration skills for collaboration with other Digital teams and business users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
