**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation, setup, and servicing** of home automation systems at customer premises
- **Providing installation instructions and maintenance training** to customers
- **Remote and on-site troubleshooting** of automation systems
- **Conducting pre-sales site inspections** to assess installation feasibility
- **Post-sales support & servicing**, ensuring system performance and customer satisfaction
- **Collecting and reporting after-sales support data** to the Regional Operations Manager
- **Coordinating with the sales team** for technical support
- **Responsible for after-sales support** in the assigned region
- **Other team tasks assigned by the Manager**

**Preferred Knowledge & Skills**:

- **ITI Certification** in Electrical or related field
- Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to work independently
- Willingness to **travel for fieldwork** (visiting client locations for installation & servicing)
- Good **communication skills** for client interactions
