Paper Maker

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor paper-making machinery.
- Ensure consistent production of paper within specified quality parameters (e.g., GSM, moisture, strength).
- Adjust machine settings as required to maintain product quality and optimize production efficiency.
- Inspect raw materials (pulp, chemicals, additives) before and during production.
- Maintain detailed production logs, machine parameters, and quality control reports.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to avoid downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve technical or process issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and support in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Train junior or new operators as and when required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Working knowledge of paper-making machinery and production processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and production specifications.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a hot, humid, and noisy industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
