Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paper Maker to join our manufacturing team The Paper Maker will be responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining paper-making machines to produce high-quality paper according to production schedules and quality standards The ideal candidate should have prior experience in paper manufacturing and a strong understanding of production processes and safety standards Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor paper-making machinery Ensure consistent production of paper within specified quality parameters e g GSM moisture strength Adjust machine settings as required to maintain product quality and optimize production efficiency Inspect raw materials pulp chemicals additives before and during production Maintain detailed production logs machine parameters and quality control reports Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to avoid downtime Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve technical or process issues Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Assist with troubleshooting and support in continuous process improvement initiatives Train junior or new operators as and when required Qualifications Experience Working knowledge of paper-making machinery and production processes Ability to read and understand technical documents and production specifications Good physical stamina and ability to work in a hot humid and noisy industrial environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work in a growing and environmentally responsible manufacturing company Supportive work culture with opportunities for skill development To Apply Please send your resume to hr yorkcellulose com or contact 9813649491 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
