Patient Relation Officer

The Patient Relations Officer acts as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team. They ensure patients receive quality care, address concerns, provide guidance about hospital services, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Assist patients with admission, discharge, billing, and other administrative processes.
- Educate patients about hospital services, policies, and rights.
- Handle patient grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report findings to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of patient feedback and prepare monthly reports.
- Support patients and families with emotional guidance and counseling when required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth patient care and hospitality.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 Year

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
