Resident Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide medical care to patients: Assess, diagnose, and manage patients' medical conditions under the supervision of senior medical staff.

2. Conduct ward rounds: Participate in ward rounds with senior medical staff to discuss patient care and management.

3. Develop and implement treatment plans: Develop and implement treatment plans for patients under the supervision of senior medical staff.

4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab tests and imaging studies, under the supervision of senior medical staff.

5. Maintain accurate medical records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.

6. Participate in quality improvement activities: Participate in quality improvement activities to improve patient care and outcomes.

7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and allied health professionals, to provide comprehensive patient care.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
