**Job Title**: Office Assistant
**Job Location**: Goblej, Kheda
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Manager
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies, and ensure the office is clean and organized.
- **Document Handling**: Prepare, file, and manage documents, both digitally and physically.
- **Data Entry**: Input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
- **Meeting Support**: Help coordinate meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and assist with arranging travel and accommodations if needed.
- **Other Duties**: Perform general office tasks as requested by supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
