**Purchase Supervisor**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
- Identify and assess suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline.
- **2-7 years of experience** in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month**, based on experience and qualifications.
