**Job Title**: Customer Support Agent
**Location**: [Bhankrota, jaipur]
**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services or schedule appointments.
- Respond to inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain an updated record of client interactions and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly call quotas and performance goals.
- Provide detailed product information and guide clients through the purchasing or booking process.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
