**Design Concept Development:

- **
- Research and analyze fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to develop design concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to understand product requirements, target price points, and production feasibility.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and design illustrations to communicate design concepts and establish a clear vision for the product line

**Product Design and Development:

- **
- Translate design concepts into detailed product designs, considering factors such as fabric selection, color palette, silhouette, trims, and embellishments.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools to create technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the successful execution of design ideas, sample development, and fit evaluation.

**Trend Research and Analysis:

- **
- Continuously research and analyze fashion trends, runway shows, trade fairs, and street fashion to stay updated with the latest industry trends and influences.
- Identify emerging trends, colors, prints, and fabrications that can be incorporated into the design process.
- Provide trend forecasts and insights to inform the merchandising and product development teams for assortment planning.

**Collaboration and Communication:

- **
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure alignment on design objectives, product requirements, and timelines.
- Participate in design review meetings, presenting design concepts, receiving feedback, and incorporating changes based on input from stakeholders.
- Communicate design specifications and technical details effectively to the product development team, ensuring accurate sample development.

**Quality and Brand Standards:

- **
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and ensure that designs meet the brand's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular quality reviews of samples and provide feedback to the product development team for improvements.
- Adhere to brand guidelines, design standards, and aesthetic principles to maintain consistency across the product line.

**Prototype Evaluation and Fit Sessions:

- **
- Participate in prototype evaluation sessions and fit sessions, providing input on design elements, fit, and overall product aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any fit or construction issues and ensure product integrity.

**Fabric and Trim Sourcing:

- **
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for the designs.
- Stay updated with fabric and trim trends, performance attributes, and supplier capabilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
