Job Title: Process Coordinator

**Reports to**: Operations Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and coordinate daily operational processes to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Document and maintain comprehensive process guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and consistency.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure understanding of updated processes and SOPs.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process coordination, project management, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
