**Job Summary**

The Process Coordinator will oversee and streamline operations within the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize workflow.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators to track process effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Train staff on new processes and ensure adherence to established procedures
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

**Skills**
- Proficient in office management and clerical tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to organize and maintain files efficiently
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficiency in calendar management for scheduling appointments
- Strong clerical skills for data entry and documentation

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
