**Position Overview**:
As a **Korean Language Intern** at The Language Network, you will be a key contributor to the development of our digital learning products. In this role, you will work alongside language experts and digital content developers to create top-notch learning materials for Korean language learners. You’ll gain hands-on experience in content development, digital course creation, social media engagement, and product design. Additionally, you will have opportunities to conduct demo sessions and provide counseling for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Development for Digital Courses**:

- **Curate and design** content for Korean language digital courses, targeting learners at beginner to advanced levels.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure all learning materials are aligned with the latest Korean proficiency exam formats (**TOPIK**) and language learning standards.
- **Refine and enhance** existing materials to improve the quality and learning outcomes of the digital courses.

**2. Streamline Ideas for Course Development**:

- **Collaborate with the curriculum development team** to brainstorm and refine ideas for new Korean language products.
- Provide input on structuring digital courses to make them engaging, user-friendly, and effective for Korean language learners.
- **Contribute to course innovation** by researching trends in Korean language education and implementing best practices.

**3. Content Creation for Social Media**:

- Assist in crafting **engaging and educational social media content** that promotes Korean language learning.
- Work with the marketing team to create posts, infographics, videos, and interactive content that highlight Korean language and culture.
- **Utilize creative skills** to showcase the richness of Korean culture, idiomatic expressions, and linguistic nuances to our online community.

**4. Assist in Product Development and Design**:

- Help design and organize digital products such as workbooks, quizzes, and video tutorials for Korean language learners.
- Test and provide feedback on new course materials, ensuring they meet the needs of students and deliver a high-quality learning experience.
- **Contribute to the overall design** and user experience of digital courses by working with content and design teams.

**5. Conduct Demo Sessions and Student Counseling**:

- **Lead demo sessions** to assist prospective students in understanding their Korean language learning needs and introduce them to The Language Network’s offerings.
- Provide **student counseling** based on individual learning goals, proficiency levels, and exam preparation needs.
- Gather feedback from demo sessions to help further refine Korean language course materials and offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **B1+ proficiency** or higher in Korean (TOPIK Level 3 or above preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Korean and English.
- Comfortable **speaking on camera** for demo sessions, social media content, and video tutorials.
- Proficient in **MS Office** (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable with **modern AI tools** used for content creation and management.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for developing high-quality educational content.
