**Position Overview**:
As a **German Language Intern** at The Language Network, you will work closely with our product development and content creation team. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with language experts and digital content developers to create high-quality learning materials for German language learners. You will gain practical experience in content development, digital course creation, social media engagement, and product design. Additionally, you will have the chance to conduct demo sessions and offer counseling to students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Development for Digital Courses**:

- **Curate and design** content for German language digital courses, targeting learners from beginner to advanced levels.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure all materials align with the latest exam formats (**Goethe-Zertifikat**, **TELC**, etc.) and proficiency standards.
- **Adapt and refine** learning materials to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the courses.

**2. Streamline Ideas for Course Development**:

- **Brainstorm and refine** new product ideas with the curriculum development team.
- Provide input on structuring digital courses to ensure they are interactive, user-friendly, and meet learners' goals.
- **Research trends** in language teaching methodologies to contribute to content innovation and best practices.

**3. Content Creation for Social Media**:

- Assist in **creating engaging and educational social media content** related to German language learning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop posts, infographics, videos, and interactive content that resonate with our target audience.
- **Highlight German culture**, idiomatic expressions, and linguistic nuances in creative ways to engage learners.

**4. Assist in Product Development and Design**:

- Play a key role in the **design and organization** of digital learning materials such as workbooks, video tutorials, and quizzes.
- Help test and provide feedback on course materials, ensuring a high-quality experience for students.
- Contribute to the **overall look and feel** of the digital courses by working closely with the design and content teams.

**5. Conduct Demo Sessions and Student Counseling**:

- Lead demo sessions to help prospective students understand their language learning needs and introduce them to The Language Network’s German language offerings.
- Provide **personalized counseling** based on students' proficiency levels, learning goals, and exam preparation requirements.
- Use demo sessions to gather student feedback, helping the team refine course materials and offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **B1+ proficiency** or higher in German (Goethe-Zertifikat or equivalent certifications preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
- Comfortable **in front of the camera** for demo sessions, social media content creation, and video lessons.
- Proficient in **MS Office** (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable with **modern AI tools** used for content creation and management.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality language learning materials.
