**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable products.
- Manage inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Create and present product demonstration videos (Reels/Stories).
- Promote brand awareness through regular social media activity.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Assist in order processing, packaging, and handling customer feedback.
- Keep track of sales performance and daily reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable making videos.
- Active on Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or hair industry preferred (not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented.
