We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable **Part-Time Café Assistant** to join our team at Icepop Art Café in Kollam. This role primarily involves preparing and serving milkshakes, juices, and light snacks, along with delivering excellent customer service in a creative and vibrant café environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food & Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve milkshakes, fresh juices, and light snacks (such as sandwiches, wraps, etc.) according to the café’s menu and hygiene standards.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
- **Cleanliness & Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness in the café, especially in food preparation areas. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels for ingredients and supplies, and assist in restocking when necessary.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, handle cash and card payments accurately, and ensure proper billing and receipts for customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support during peak hours.
- **Creativity**: Assist in developing new menu items and promotional drinks/snacks, contributing to the café's creative and artistic atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café, juice bar, or food service environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation (milkshakes, juices, snacks).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

**Work Hours**:

- Part-time hours: flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Availability for at least 3-4 hours per day.
