We are hiring for Legal Associate Post.

**Job Description-**
- Manage and oversee a diverse caseload involving corporate disputes, such as contractual issues and regulatory matters.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice
- Draft, review and file legal documents including pleadings, motions and briefs, ensuring compliance with Court rules and deadlines
- Provide Clients with clear actionable advice and keep them informed throughout the litigation process
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Represent Clients in Court proceedings, including hearings, depositions and trials
- Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of Agreements for Company operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Qualification and Experience-**
- Law Degree from a reputable law school.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi
- Strong professional ethics
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
- 2-5 years of experience in Civil and Corporate Litigation
- Ability to work independently and also as a part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
