As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for building and executing processes/steps defined for seamless execution of Packaging Design/Optimization programs, impacting supply chain cost and Customer experience for IN Market place through data driven and stakeholder management activities.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills
- Problem solving through data driven approach
- 4+years of experience with supply chain and process understanding of AMZ
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills including writing skills in Word, Power point, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Ability to travel frequently (5-10%)

Key job responsibilities
- Handled Internal & External customer escalations without any dependencies, through data driven approach, (Excel and SQL query writing skills)
- Demonstrate invent and simplify the process and create SOPs for tickets that follow a pattern and recommend scalable solutions, create DWP reports
- Perform root-cause analysis in any areas of significant failures (e.g Box web PP, FC escalations, Box Configurations, Internal Testing Lab queries, in a timely manner
- Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to success of your function
- Macro and SQL hands on experience will be a positive

About the team

- Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint and background on R/Python will be preferred - Supply Chain background preferable but not mandatory. We hire for core skills, not specializations. - Internal Amazon process understanding of Box Web, Process Paths, Outbound Operations experience of handling Pick,Pack processes preferable. - Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management - Supply Chain Certification would be advantageous
